Our new paper, Food insecurity partially mediates associations between social disadvantage and body composition among older adults in India: Results from the study on global AGEing and adult health (SAGE), is now available online. Our results are consistent with the hypothesis that food insecurity is a mechanism linking social disadvantage and health among older adults in India.

A recently accepted paper entitled, Socioeconomic Status, Financial Strain, and Leukocyte Telomere Length in a Sample of African American Midlife Men, is now available online ahead of print. This paper examines the potential effects of socioeconomic strains on biological aging among African American men, a group that faces particularly high risks for aging-related diseases.
